Access Certificate Authorities issue access certificate to all PID Providers, QEAA Providers, PuB-EAA Providers, non-qualified EAA Providers and Relying Parties in the EUDI Wallet ecosystem. Access Certificate Authorities are notified by a Member State to the Commission. (ARF Section 3.18)
